Located at Zayed Dunes residential Compound with a two stories and a penthouse. We used a combination of materials and neutral colors to address the luxury and comfort of the owners.
Bait El-Watan
A Daring designed residential building with a unique massing and a peculiar outline that will draw your attention and stick in your memory. Every floor consists of three apartments with two apartments having street view and another got the back garden view. All on a footprint of 445 m2.
EL-Selmaniya Office
This one is located in El- Selmaniya area on the Alexandria Desert road. We went Mediterranean style both Interior and Exterior on this Villa to match up with the surrounding context and the purpose of its use as it was a Vacation house for the family.
Fayed Country House

Recyclobikia
As you can tell from the name this is a company specialized in recycling (most of all “microchips & boards”). The job was to create a design that will go along with their identity to their main factory. We went with the most elegant and cheapest way to tell the story.

Winchester International School includes all educational levels from Kinder Garden till High School. It contains 35+ Classrooms, 10+ Laboratories, 2 major Libraries, 10+ Activities rooms “Art – Music – Crafts……etc.”
Woodville Villa
“A comfy and simple design but also luxurious”. This was the main purpose of the whole design process at this Villa. It’s located at Palm hills compound at New Cairo and consists of three stories and Penthouse with a decent outdoor space.
